Vandana Joshi (Cognizant)

Vandana Joshi is the first student of SSISM. Her father is a small shop owner and her dream was to do something for her family. After completing her BCA, she joined Cognizant. She has worked in Kolkata for about a year and is now in Pune. She has encouraged many to follow on her path, specifically Girls.

Navin Saran (SAP)

Son of a farmer, born and brought up in Khategaon, he has been a very good cricketer. He was into local company and his energy and potential was being misguided because of lack of awareness and proper guidance. Once he visited Bangalore on an educational trip (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAm0K2KLUhQ) which changed his complete thinking and he started focusing on making his career. Finally, he joined SAP Labs Bangalore as a Scholar.

Deepika Parmar(SAP)

Daughter of a shopkeeper, Deepika was not allowed to venture outside her village and would have got married by this time, when she realized her potential and started dreaming of an IT career. She went to Bangalore for various trainings in IT firms. Finally, she got placement in SAP Labs Bangalore. She is among the top students in SAP Scholars program and she competes against students from NITs and IITs.

Vishal Kundal (Incture Technologies, Bangalore)

Son of a very poor farmer and priest, Vishal wants to change his family’s destiny. He used to perform small rituals as a Pundit in the village, and now he is a software Engineer in Incture technologies in Bangalore.

Umesh Yadav (Peepal Design Bangalore)

With just 45% in his 12th Grade and coming from a poor family, Umesh got the confidence to dream big while studying in SSISM. We identified his potential and guided and trained him to be selected in a UX/UI firm in Bangalore. He was selected against students from NITs. He is a role model for students now.

Shahrukh Qureshi (Surewaves Bangalore)

He is from a very humble background. His father works as a timekeeper in a government office in a nearby town. With just 55 % in 12th grade, he proved to be counted as the best logical brains of SSISM. He got interested in computers, worked hard and is now working as a senior programmer in Surewaves technologies in Bangalore. He got two promotions in 2 years. The MD of the company keeps on asking us if we can give him more students like him!!!

Pranjali Agrawal (HSBC Hyderabad)

She is the daughter of a local businessperson, she always thought about getting into an IT firm. She was brilliant from the word go. She got placement in HSBC. Only two people from Indore got placement and she was one of them. She is currently working in HSBC Hyderabad.

Asharam Bhawsar

Asharam Bhawsar belongs to a very poor rural labourer family. His father is a daily wage labourer and his mother works at home. He is their only child. He belongs to one of the remotest and least developed villages in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh. But all these hardships did not deter him from dreaming big. He always wanted to do something for his society, and therefore he prepared and go selected in the prestigious Azim Premji University, Bangalore. He is pursing M.A. Development from there.

Babita Panwar

Babita is a differently abled girl. She has polio since childhod, because of which she can only walk with the help of a stick, and that too with lot of difficulties. She belongs to a poor, rural labourer family. She did well in her studies at SSISM, and taught in a local school for some time. But she wanted to do big in life, and we supported her. She is now working in a award winner business process company in Bangalore.
